Nest Golf Club are committed to helping every participant enjoy
their day. Our goal is to make sure the event is very well organized…..a
lot of fun for everyone and supports the business objectives you
have established for the day. Below are some of the things we
offer to ensure your tournament will be a success.
Corporate Tournament Packages
Several companies offer special deals & promos
for tournaments. A couple of examples of the company's are Global
Golf, Titleist, Foot-Joy, Nike, G&G Designs. Etc., We can
get anything from pencils to shoes for your entire Tournament. Ask the Tournament Director for details.
Games
Package
This package includes closest-to-the-hole and longest
drive signs, closest to the line, 'beat the pro' competition,
19th hole putting competition, closest to the keg and hole-in-one
packages and scoring for your tournament. We also provide a donation
for your prize table consisting of weekday green fees. Please
mention which games you would like for your tournament.
Pre-Day Tournament Program
This program is a service that is mandatory for all tournaments.
The tournament organizer will provide a final list of players,
volunteers and any additional dinners…no later than 24 hours
prior to event. From this list we will issue the starter sheets,
proper allocation of golf carts with signage, dinner tickets,
table allocation and any other requirements that will make your
tournament run smoothly. The experienced and friendly staff at
Oliver's Nest is available to ensure that all goes well, on your
tournament day....so that, you, the tournament organizer needs
to worry only about your score for the day.
Practice Center
Our 30,000 sq. ft. practice facility, all-grass tee deck, 3 bent
grass putting & chipping greens, is the perfect size for any
tournaments warm-up session. Range balls can be included in your
package or available on the day for the golfers.
Ollie Dollar Program
This program is designed for the organizer who wishes to buy his
or her competitors a beverage or other items. This program ensures
that all competitors can purchase any item they wish with their
complimentary Ollie dollars.
Rain Date Procedure
If inclement weather prevents the completion of the round ( i.e.
thunder, lighting, heavy rains ) a rain check will be issued to
each golfer…. based on the number of unplayed holes. Any
other activity scheduled for that day will proceed according to
the agenda with the exception that , if at all possible, the time
of your tournament dinner will be moved to an earlier time that
day. The date you select is your tournament date. All 'no-shows'
on the day of your tournament will be charged full price.
BANQUETS
& WEDDINGS
Our new
indoor, heated and air-conditioned, banquet facility is available
for your non-golf activities for the day such as dinner, prize
presentation, silent auctions etc., We also provide a wireless
microphone sound system for your prize presentation or background
music at your request. The deck overlooking the 18th green will
provide very memorable moments for your tournaments. The preferred
layout of the room should be discussed with the tournament director
at the time of booking. Seating capacity is relative to your other
requirements.
